Responsibilities

• Event Operations: develop and execute event plans for in-store promotions and product launches.
• Retail Store Inspections: assist in regular store inspections to ensure policy compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Training and Development: participate in designing and implementing training programs for retail staff.
• Sales and Performance: support in setting and achieving sales targets for assigned stores and strategize to increase traffic and conversions.
• Customer Relations: help maintain high customer service standards and address complaints promptly.

Position Overview:

Based in Singapore, the Management Trainee (Retail) will play a crucial role in our retail operations across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Malaysia/Philiphines or Thailand/Vietnam market. This role is designed for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in retail management, event planning, and customer service. The successful candidate will be fluent in Malay/Thai (preferably) and have a strong foundation in business principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Operations:

   
   
   
   

   • Assist in developing and executing event plans for in-store promotions and product launches.

   
   

   • Support coordination with marketing and sales teams to align events with company objectives.

   
   

   • Participate in managing event logistics, including vendor coordination and budget management.
