Job summary

SKK (CHELSEA) SIN CONSULTANCY LLP is seeking a motivated Management Trainee – Retail in Singapore. The role blends retail operations, sales, customer service and digital marketing to build practical skills in both physical stores and online channels.

You will receive hands-on training across retail and digital business operations, with exposure to customer engagement, online campaigns and reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome and there is room for progression into future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail, sales, customer service or social media is advantageous.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the retail outlet.

• Prepare basic sales and operational reports.
• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
• Create and schedule social media posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
• Assist with taking product photos and short-form videos for online marketing.
• Support the creation of engaging captions, promotional materials and digital campaigns.
• Respond to online enquiries, comments and customer messages professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and online leads.
• Assist with online sales, product enquiries and order processing.
• Maintain and update online product information, promotions and business listings.
• Monitor social media engagement and customer feedback.
