Job summary

SHOKZ (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Management Trainee (Retail) based in Singapore with responsibilities across Southeast Asia, focusing on Malaysia/Philippines or Thailand/Vietnam markets.

The role targets fresh graduates to launch careers in retail management, event planning, and customer service. Fluency in Malay/Thai (preferred) and English, along with a solid business foundation, are required. This role involves store visits, training program support, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science or related field.
• Basic understanding of retail management and customer service principles.
• Fluency in Malay/Thai and English is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret basic sales data and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Event Operations: develop and execute event plans for in-store promotions and product launches.
• Retail Store Inspections: assist in regular store inspections to ensure policy compliance and identify improvement areas.
• Training and Development: participate in designing and implementing training programs for retail staff.
• Sales and Performance: support in setting and achieving sales targets for assigned stores and strategize to increase traffic and conversions.
• Customer Relations: help maintain high customer service standards and address complaints promptly.
