• Willingness to work on weekends or shifts depending on operational requirements.
• Can speak Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese will be an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Overall Job Objectives :

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of the business. You will gain hands‑on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a Managerial Track.

• Participate in rotational assignments across your selected track such as Salon Operations, Front of House Food and Beverages Operations, Culinary Operations.
• Undergo intensive all-operations training, including both frontline and back‑end functions, to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
• Support Managers in ensuring smooth, efficient day‑to‑day operations while maintaining service and product quality standards.
• Assist in planning and executing operational initiatives to achieve business goals.
• Learn and apply policies, SOPs, and best practices; help guide team members to maintain consistency and service excellence.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, address feedback professionally, and contribute to a positive experience.
• Participate in strategic projects, data analysis, and process improvements to strengthen departmental efficiency.
