Job summary

HAVE FUN YISHUN PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations at our entertainment venue in Singapore.

You will ensure smooth service, greet guests, manage reservations and inquiries, and coordinate with the team to deliver a memorable experience. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and basic familiarity with POS and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing staff in entertainment or hospitality.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, especially POS and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth service.
• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly, courteous service.
• Handle reservations and inquiries via phone or on-site.
• Greet guests and direct them to the designated area.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages, and input orders into POS.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.

• 1. Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations
• 2. Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• 3. Handle phone calls for reservations andenquiries.
• 4. Greet and direct guest to designated room.
• 5. Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• 6. Input orders into point-of-sales system.
• 7. Provide basic technical support (mic checks,karaoke system checks).
• 8. Maintain a safe and clean environment.
• 9. Ability to work unsupervised and producequality work.
• 10. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• 11. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• 12. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
