Job summary

HAVE FUN SUNTEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and lead a small team in a lively entertainment venue.

You will manage reservations, greet guests, input orders into the POS, and coordinate with management to maintain safety, cleanliness, and a positive customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations for efficient service.
• Provide a positive customer experience with courteous service.

• Greet guests and direct to designated room.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• Input orders into the POS system.
• Provide basic technical support (mic checks, karaoke system checks).

• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
