Job summary

HAVE FUN SELETAR PTE. LTD. seeks a skilled supervisor to manage daily outlet operations in a fast-paced entertainment hospitality setting in Singapore. You will lead a team, ensure courteous customer service, and coordinate reservations while maintaining smooth service flow.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling orders through the POS, and providing basic technical support for karaoke and mic systems, all while upholding safety, cleanliness, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including POS systems and scheduling software.
