Job summary

HAVE FUN COLLECTIVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic outlet supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, ensure efficient service, greet guests, and coordinate reservations.

You will input orders, handle POS, provide basic tech checks for karaoke systems, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support the team to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an outlet in order to ensure efficient operations
