BEEWORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Management Trainee to learn all facets of restaurant operations and be groomed for leadership roles. You will support inventory, scheduling, customer service, and sales while upholding brand standards.

The role emphasizes team training and basic financial understanding to prepare P&L statements. Training is provided, with incentives and career progression opportunities in a dynamic F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth restaurant operations, including inventory, manpower scheduling, customer service, sales and profitability.
• Maintain high food and service quality in line with brand standards.
• Train team and foster teamwork; assist in basic financial management to prepare the profit and loss statement for the restaurant.
• Manage sales and actively handle customers' feedback and enquiries.
