The Management Assistant Trainee Manager Program is an entry-level 2-year development program designed to identify and develop high-potential individuals into future Shop Managers.

As a Management Assistant Trainee Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience across all aspects of retail operations, from customer service and sales to inventory management, visual merchandising, people development and store operations. Through structured on‑the‑job training, coaching and progressive responsibilities, you will be equipped with the knowledge, skills and leadership capabilities to manage a retail outlet effectively.

Customer Service Executive ->Senior Customer Service Executive -> Supervisor -> Training Assistant Shop Manager-> Assistant Shop Manager -> Training Shop Manager -> Shop Manager

Phase 1: Retail Exposure & Operations Development

During the initial phase, you will perform the roles of a sales professional and Shop Manager, progressively developing the knowledge and practical skills in the following areas:

• Shop tour and understanding of trading areas
• Selling floor management and product display standards
