Job summary

MANDATE OF MANPOWER PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will motivate the team to meet targets and uphold service standards across all customer touchpoints.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure stock levels are optimized, and maintain deep product knowledge to support selling efforts. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required as part of the role.

• Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the shop.

• Possess strong product knowledge, selling skills and able to manage optimal stock level in the shop.
• Coach and counsel the team members for optimal shop performance.
• Assist superior by performing the duties and tasks that are assigned at any time.
