Job summary

Day One Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a shop supervisor to drive sales and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will train staff, foster teamwork, and maintain strong product knowledge while ensuring stock levels meet demand. The role also involves coaching the team to achieve targets and working weekends/public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales results, superior people management skills and shop operations experience
• Strong in coaching and counselling of team

• Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the shop
• Responsible and committed in training staff and building teamwork

• Assist superior by performing the duties and tasks that are assigned at any time
