• Assist in daily retail operations, including store opening and closing activities.

• Learn and manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Assist with visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.
• Handle cashiering duties and daily sales transactions.
• Monitor customer feedback and support service improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with outlet supervisors and management team to improve operational efficiency.
• Support new staff training and team coordination when required.
• Participate in company events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
