Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable shop supervisor to drive sales and manage daily store operations in Singapore. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure excellent product knowledge and stock availability to meet targets.

You will train and develop team members, build a cohesive shop culture, and work weekends/public holidays as required. The role rewards strong leadership and hands-on operational excellence.
