Job summary

STIGIOUS PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates island-wide in Singapore for a trainee role with a clear path to supervision.

The position offers structured training and opportunities to grow into a supervisory role, learning daily operations and performing responsibilities independently. You will uphold the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values, ensure compliance with policies, assist in recruiting and developing junior team members, and support counselling and performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• F&B experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured training and grow into a supervisory role.
