Job summary

WiseNet Asia Pte Ltd, a well-established regional real estate developer, is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to maximise mall occupancy and revenue. You will conduct market research, identify new market segments, attract quality tenants, negotiate leases, and maintain landlord-tenant relationships.

The role requires a degree in Real Estate or related field, with at least five years in retail leasing, and strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate/Building Management/Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in leasing in retail real estate.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of tenancy agreements.
• Interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized, meticulous and highly numerate.
• Motivated, proactive and able to thrive under time pressure.
• Independent worker and team player in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to maximise rental and occupancy and optimise tenancy mix.
• Perform market research to identify and secure new market segments.
• Develop and execute marketing to attract tenants to the property.
• Negotiate leases and handle tenancy-related matters.
• Plan and maintain landlord-tenant relationships.
• Oversee productivity and budgetary performance of leasing.
• Manage all aspects of lease administration.
