Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a part-time Concierge Officer to provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and tenants in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes administrative tasks for gift redemptions, promotions, and gift voucher sales, along with direction and support to shoppers and tourists. The candidate will handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints, update databases daily, and participate in ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Min GCE "N" Level with at least 1 year experience in customer service / hospitality / retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
• Able to commit at least 4 days work per week (Inclusive of 1 weekend)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to shoppers and tenants, ensuring excellent service and addressing inquiries promptly
• Assist with administrative tasks related to gift redemptions, mall promotions, and gift voucher sales
• Offer directional support to shoppers and tourists
• Handle complaints and suggestions
• Manage and update the database daily
• Administer written and verbal feedback from the desk
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
