Job summary

Explomo Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Maintenance Project Executive / Person-in-Charge to manage preventive maintenance across assigned locations. You will lead client relationships, coordinate on-site operations and drive opportunities for additional maintenance work.

The role combines quotations, documentation and reporting, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work both on site and in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance, facilities management, building maintenance, construction, M&E or related industries.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple locations.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to identify additional maintenance opportunities.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary person in charge for assigned locations.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, site representatives and operational teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and understand clients' maintenance requirements.
• Proactively identify maintenance issues and potential improvement works.
• Respond promptly to client requests and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Identify and develop preventive maintenance opportunities and convert them into awarded works.
• Prepare detailed quotations, proposals and supporting documents; maintain trackers.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are carried out on schedule.
• Maintain an active quotation pipeline of approximately 2× the monthly revenue target.
• Provide weekly updates on quotations submitted, value, pipeline, statuses, PM works, revenue, and outstanding matters.
