Job summary

OHM ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations & Project Manager to oversee daily maintenance services across major site programs. You will plan, coordinate and optimize resources, manage safety, budgets and schedules while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, rigorous risk assessment, and continuous improvement across maintenance, turnaround planning and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple maintenance projects and shutdowns.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk assessments and JSA.
• Ability to plan manpower, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee daily maintenance service operations.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and resource utilisation.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with HR for manpower and competency requirements.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and plant maintenance teams.
• Participate in turnaround planning and risk assessments.
• Ensure quality requirements are met per Quality Plans.
