EXPLOMO BUILDERS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a proactive Maintenance Project Executive / Person-in-Charge to manage preventive maintenance across assigned locations, including client relationships, site operations, quotation management and detailed documentation. The role requires on-site work, strong communication, and the ability to develop maintenance opportunities while ensuring timely quotations and achievement of monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in preventive maintenance, facilities management, building maintenance, construction, M&E or related industries.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple locations.
• Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to identify additional maintenance opportunities.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Able to prepare quotations and understand basic costing.
• Good coordination skills with technicians, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary person in charge for assigned locations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify and develop preventive maintenance opportunities; prepare and submit quotations.
• Manage quotation tracker and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers to keep works on schedule.
• Maintain an active quotation pipeline and monitor revenue-related metrics.
• Provide weekly reporting on quotations, pipeline and project status.
