Job summary

Talentsis Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Systems Officer to support and administer our Microsoft 365 environment, end-user systems, and IT infrastructure in Singapore. The role provides L1/L2 technical support and helps maintain secure, reliable IT operations.

You will work with internal teams and vendors, manage onboarding/offboarding, backups, documentation, and after-hours standby with occasional travel overseas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of L1/L2 IT support experience in a medium to large enterprise.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Minimum 2 years exposure to network and firewall support.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to support after-hours/weekend standby and travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune, and Defender.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support onsite and remotely, including vessel environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor system performance, security, backups, and updates.
• Manage IT hardware deployment, lifecycle, and asset inventory.
• Coordinate user onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and system records.
• Coordinate with vendors on IT services, procurement, and issue resolution.
• Perform regular IT operational checks and system improvements.
• Provide after-hours/weekend standby support and overseas travel when required.
