Job summary

Technopals Pte.Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced End User Platform Engineer to administer M365, Windows 11, and end-user devices. You will perform imaging, provisioning, and provide Level 2 support to ensure smooth operations across platforms.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in IT and at least 5 years of relevant desktop or IT infrastructure experience, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in desktop support or IT infra.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Provide Level 2 troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Imaging, reimaging, provisioning, and lifecycle management of endpoints.
• Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and calls promptly and escalate when needed.
• Configure Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing.
