Job summary

U3 PROJECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled M365 Support Specialist to assist end-users with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive. You will troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and document standard support processes to improve service quality.

You will join a collaborative IT team, participate in on-call rotations, and help maintain a healthy M365 environment while learning new technologies and strengthening your communication with users and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of M365 architecture, services and features.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting M365 applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end-users and IT teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Positive attitude towards work and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for M365 applications, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 applications and services.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the overall health of the M365 environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to M365 support processes and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
