Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of enterprise systems, managing end-to-end delivery, system reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

The role focuses on coordinating vendors, contracts, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, with emphasis on CI/CD processes, incident response, and continuous improvement to support business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Project Management, System Maintenance, or IT Operations.
  • Strong experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Experience with project budgeting, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Good understanding of BCP, DR, system operations, and incident/problem management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and application support processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to independently manage projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end system maintenance, operations, renewals, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Ensure system uptime, availability, performance, and operational stability.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, SLAs, vendors, and service provider performance.
  • Coordinate system enhancements, incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvements.
  • Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.
  • Monitor system health, operational KPIs, risks, issues, and service performance.
  • Manage project budgets, change requests, service requests, resources, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
  • Support procurement activities, including vendor evaluation, tenders, and contract management.
  • Work with technical teams on government applications, internal tools, and CI/CD processes.
  • Prepare project reports, management papers, business cases, proposals, and approval submissions.
  • Maintain proper project, contract, procurement, and operational documentation.
