Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific in Singapore seeks an experienced Website Projects Governance Lead to oversee maintenance and enhancements, ensuring delivery excellence and compliance with government policies.

You will coordinate requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure releases are delivered on time, with proper testing and security controls, and liaise with hosting, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, planning, release coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with CMS governance, release management, and enhancement planning.
• Experience coordinating SIT and UAT and production releases.
• Strong communication and governance skills.
• Experience in government or highly regulated environments is advantageous.

Role Overview

The role is responsible for overall project governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight for website maintenance and system enhancement services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all website maintenance and enhancement matters.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis, engaging stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and enhancement requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure web services meet agreed availability, performance, security, and quality standards.
• Oversee website enhancements, including template changes, content optimisation, and system improvements.
• Manage SIT and UAT activities and obtain the necessary approvals before production deployment.
• Coordinate with hosting, security, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth operational support.
• Work closely with the Operations Support Engineer to address security enquiries within required compliance timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Government ICT policies, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements, and audit requirements.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, issue logs, utilisation reports, and management updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, change records, implementation documentation, and handover materials.

Requirements

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management, and stakeholder/vendor management.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management, and enhancement planning.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, production releases, and operational support activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills.
• Experience working with government or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Government ICT policies, DSS, IM8, security, and audit requirements is advantageous.
• Experience managing Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on the Government Content Website Platform (CWP) is an added advantage.
