Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Governance Lead to oversee website maintenance and system enhancement services. You will manage requirements, coordinate SIT/UAT, and ensure compliance with government ICT policies and DSS standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver on time, within scope, and with high quality, while maintaining thorough project documentation and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, planning, and release coordination abilities.
• Familiar with CMS and website content governance.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, releases, and operational support.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all website maintenance and enhancement matters.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis, engaging stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and enhancement requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure web services meet agreed availability, performance, security, and quality standards.
• Oversee website enhancements, including template changes, content optimisation, and system improvements.
• Manage SIT and UAT activities and obtain the necessary approvals before production deployment.
• Coordinate with hosting, security, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth operational support.
• Work closely with the Operations Support Engineer to address security enquiries within required compliance timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Government ICT policies, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements, and audit requirements.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, issue logs, utilisation reports, and management updates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, change records, implementation documentation, and handover materials.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management, and stakeholder/vendor management.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), website content governance, release management, and enhancement planning.
• Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, production releases, and operational support activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills.
• Experience working with government or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Government ICT policies, DSS, IM8, security, and audit requirements is advantageous.
• Experience managing Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on the Government Content Website Platform (CWP) is an added advantage.
