Job summary

Jobster Private Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise systems, ensuring requirements, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support are aligned with regulatory obligations.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies to deliver compliant, high‑availability systems, while leading UAT, vendor SLAs, and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• IT project management experience, with exposure to government or regulated environments preferred.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise applications, including requirements analysis, vendor management, and system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Experience with system integration, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with public‑sector IT governance, audit requirements, and security standards.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
