Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join our team in Singapore. You will attend site meetings with consultants, study M&E drawings, and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.

You will ensure M&E works comply with drawings and specifications, inform the Project Director of any problems, supervise on-site progress, and coordinate subcontractors to keep the schedule on track.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of working experiences in main-con companies, preferably in large scale projects.
• Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical / site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works.
