Job summary

Kwan Yong Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee M&E works, coordinate with Client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters, and ensure installations align with approved drawings and materials.

You will monitor on-site progress, coordinate sub-contractor M&E activities to meet schedules, and arrange inspections with RTO or RE.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordinator Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise M&E works on site and coordinate with Client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Ensure all M&E installations and implementations are in accordance with approved drawings and materials.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspections with RTO or RE.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
