Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Singapore is seeking a qualified M&E Site Supervisor to oversee M&E works on large-scale projects. You will study M&E drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure works comply with specifications and drawings.

You will supervise progress on site and inform the Project Director of any technical or site issues related to M&E. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and has at least 5 years of experience in

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• At least 5 years of experience with main-contracting companies, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors' M&E work and ensure on-schedule delivery.
