Job summary

CSC Enterprise (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site-based M&E Coordinator to supervise and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on large-scale projects in Singapore.

You will attend site meetings, study drawings, coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors, ensure works meet specifications, report issues to the Project Director, and keep the M&E progress on schedule. Independence and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
• 2 years of working experience in main-con companies, preferably in large scale projects.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
