Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION REALTY CO. PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee coordination of mechanical and electrical works on large-scale projects.

You will attend site meetings, study drawings, ensure works comply with specifications, and lead subcontractors while reporting issues to the Project Director. Working hours typically 5 or 6 days with alternating Saturdays, subject to project needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in main-con contracting companies, preferably large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure M&E works comply with specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/PM of any technical/site M&E problems.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractor's M&E work to keep on schedule.
