Job summary

China Construction Realty Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Site Engineer to oversee on-site M&E works, study drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure work complies with specifications.

The candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, have 5–8 years in main-contracting, and be capable of independent leadership, schedule management, and reporting issues to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of working experience in main-contracting companies, preferably on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors' M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
