The role requires a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, with building services exposure; M&E QS experience is considered an advantage. Salary is negotiable, with a focus on accurate cost control and contractor administration.

Qualifications

• Cost estimation for tender projects.
• Preparation of claims, sub-contracts and progress payments for ongoing projects.
• Drafting agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Certification and evaluation of progress work for sub-con and main-con works.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by director.
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying with M&E exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for tender projects.
• Certify and verify progress payments for sub-contractors and main-contract works.
• Coordinate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support director with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
