Job summary

Accesstech Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 5+ years of experience to oversee cost estimation for MEP projects in Singapore. You will perform quantity take-offs, develop budgets, and monitor cost variances throughout the project lifecycle.

You will assist in tendering, evaluate subcontractor bids, and administer contracts and claims. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and effective communication are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, commercial or data-centre projects.
• Good working knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical aspects.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail, adaptable and flexible.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects.
• Analyze specifications and drawings to define scope and costs.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour.
• Develop and manage project budgets with cost control.
• Assist in tender documents and procurement processes.
• Evaluate bids and manage contracts, variations and claims.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and risk mitigation.
