Job summary

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• 3 years of QS experience in M&E/building services projects is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for M&E services.
• Source and evaluate quotations from M&E suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage variation orders (VO).
• Liaise closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
