Job summary

KOYO ENGINEERING (S.E. ASIA) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to perform quantity take-offs for M&E services, source and evaluate quotations, and manage variation orders. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, bringing a detail‑oriented and independent working style with strong English communication.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• 3 years of QS experience in M&E/building services projects is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
