Job summary

Wola-Recruitment-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Cost Controller for M&E projects. You will prepare initial budgets, cost plans, and feasibility studies, measure and prepare Bills of Quantities, and participate in tender documentation and evaluation.

You will source and manage subcontractors, review progress claims, submit cash flow projections, identify variation orders, settle final accounts, and monitor expenses against budget with monthly cost reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting and feasibility studies for M&E projects.
• Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and tender documentation.
• Experience in tender evaluation and cost comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation & Budgeting for M&E services, including initial budgets and cost plans.
• Prepare BQ, pricing schedules, and tender documents.
• Evaluate M&E tenders, provide cost comparisons and negotiation recommendations.
• Subcontractor sourcing, negotiation and award of subcontracts.
• Review monthly progress claims, site verifications, and progressive payments.
• Prepare client claims, cash flow projections and monthly cost reports.
• Identify, price, and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs).
• Settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors upon project completion.
• Monitor expenses against budget and highlight potential overruns in monthly reports.
