Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. invites applications for an M&E Engineer (ID6110) based at City Hall, Singapore. The role supports the M&E Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical works to ensure quality installations aligned with project schedules.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, review shop drawings and RFIs, attend meetings, verify compliance with drawings and standards, and help prepare progress reports and QA/QC documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, coordinating and supervising M&E works.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Site supervision and QA/QC documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist M&E Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical & Electrical works to ensure quality installation according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding shop drawings, samples, method statements, technical submissions, and RFIs.
• Attend project and technical meetings to resolve site and technical issues with owners and consultants.
• Verify site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory authority standards (SCDF, BCA, PUB, EMA, NEA, LTA).
• Conduct weekly M&E coordination meetings with subcontractors to sequence works and prevent site clashes.
• Support Testing & Commissioning activities, including combined services testing.
• Prepare M&E progress reports, maintain project documentation (QA/QC, inspection records), and track site progress.

Salary: $4,500 – $5,500

Working Hour：Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm
