JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in City Hall, Singapore is seeking a Senior M&E Engineer to join our on-site team and lead the M&E activities for the project.

The role involves supervising the site M&E engineers and coordinators, reviewing shop drawings, coordinating RFIs and submissions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm with a monthly salary of SGD 6,400–7,300.

Responsibilities

• Assist the M&E Manager in supervising the site M&E team (engineers and coordinators).
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Review M&E drawings against architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes, omissions, and technical discrepancies prior to site execution.
• Provide technical support to M&E Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Track and verify M&E work progress for monthly reports, progress claims, variation assessments, and material tracking.
• Develop Value Engineering cost-down proposals and assist with project scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Guide junior engineers and coordinators to enhance technical capability and output quality.
