Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Engineer (Construction) based in Singapore. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3-5 years of experience in M&E services, with opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors on shop drawings, resolving site issues, and ensuring work meets compliance standards. The position offers a work schedule of 5 days per week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a salary range of $3800 to $6100 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Job Scope

To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shopdrawings/ samples/ method statement and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.

To attend project/technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner/consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.

To verify the work done on site is in accordance with the approved drawings/ specifications/ authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.

Conduct weekly M&E meeting with the M&E sub-contractors to ensure that their work is in proper sequence and ensure that the site supervisors are aware of the work sequence to avoid clashes of site activities.

To resolve site issues with consultants/subcontractor/supplier ASAP to minimise delay to the construction progress.

To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.

To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework including permit to work.

To coordinate with consultants and contractors for combined services/equipment testing so that site is ready for authorities’ inspection.
