Job summary

HWA SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E site coordinator to assist in planning, controlling and coordinating mechanical and electrical works on our construction projects in Singapore. You will check drawings against specifications, liaise with site engineers, and conduct M&E coordination meetings to keep workflows smooth.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, 3+ years of building construction experience, and the ability to work under tight schedules while

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineer or equivalent.
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction site activities.
• Co-ordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Able to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
