Job summary

HWA SHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to support planning, coordination and control of mechanical and electrical works on our construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires ensuring alignment with drawings and technical specifications, coordinating with site engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and conducting M&E coordination meetings to keep projects on track. A minimum of 3 years in building construction is necessary.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical / Electrical engineering knowledge.
• Familiar with construction site activities.
• Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Able to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
