Job summary

TNB BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive M&E Construction Coordinator to support planning, coordinating and controlling mechanical and electrical works on site in Singapore.

You will ensure alignment between drawings, specs and field execution, and coordinate with engineers, clients and suppliers to maintain workflow. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, 3+ years building construction experience, and strong communication skills to liaise at all levels while meeting tight

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction site activities.
• Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people at all levels.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Able to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating mechanical and electrical works.
• Check discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications.
• Liaise with site engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings.
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress.
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project.
