Job summary

TNB Builder Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator to support planning, control and coordination of mechanical and electrical works on construction sites in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating with site engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, while ensuring alignment with project drawings and technical specifications. A Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 3+ years of building construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Minimum 3 years in building construction, on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating M&E works.
• Check discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification.
• Coordinate with site engineers for smooth workflow.
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings.
• Schedule and monitor M&E work progress.
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate approvals for M&E changes to the project.
