Job summary

HS-CM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator in Singapore to assist in planning, controlling and coordinating mechanical and electrical works on construction sites.

You will review drawings, coordinate with site engineers, and conduct M&E coordination meetings to keep projects on schedule. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant building construction experience and strong communication across all levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction site activities.
• Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people at all levels.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Able to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works.
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification.
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow.
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting.
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress.
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination.
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project.
