Job summary

TNB Builder in Singapore seeks an M&E Coordinator to assist planning, control and coordination of mechanical and electrical works on our construction sites. You will check drawings against specifications and ensure smooth workflow with site engineers.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, conduct M&E coordination meetings and monitor progress while negotiating changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Minimum 3 years in building construction.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
