Job summary

HUA SIAH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and controlling mechanical and electrical works on site. The role requires liaising with site engineers to ensure smooth workflow and coordinating M&E progress and documentation.

The candidate should have a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant building construction experience, with the ability to work under tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Familiar with construction site activities and M&E coordination.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
