Job summary

• 5-8 years of relevant T&C experience in construction; hospital/large-scale projects preferred.
• CxA/NEBB commissioning certification is a plus.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall Testing &Commissioning (T&C) Plan, programme, and commissioning schedules in accordance with project milestones
• Lead planning and execution of MEP T&C works including IST and system commissioning, ensuring that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with approved procedures, project specifications, and statutory requirements
• Investigate commissioning issues, equipment failures, and system deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions
• Monitor system performance during commissioning and recommend adjustments to optimise operational efficiency
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities for relevant approval and compliance processes
• Lead and manage the subcontractor test teams to complete the T&C process on schedule
• Prepare and maintain commissioning records, test reports, providing regular progress updates to the project teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant T&C experience in the Construction industry, experience in Hospital projects or large scale MEP construction projects would be an advantage
• Commissioning certifications (CxA/NEBB) is aplus
