Job summary

Shimizu Corporation in Singapore is seeking an experienced T&C professional to develop and lead the Testing & Commissioning plan, schedule, and execution for complex MEP systems on a major project. You will supervise IST and system commissioning, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and ensure compliance with procedures and specifications.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of relevant T&C experience in construction; hospital/large-scale projects preferred.
CxA/NEBB commissioning certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the T&C plan, programme and commissioning schedules aligned with milestones.
Lead planning and execution of MEP T&C including IST and system commissioning.
Investigate commissioning issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Monitor system performance and recommend adjustments for efficiency.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities for approvals.
Lead subcontractor test teams to complete T&C on schedule.
Prepare and maintain commissioning records and test reports with progress updates.
